The example is an unmanned 2,000- ton Press line controlled by an FA robot that Starts with steel bar cut ting,heating , die-forging and to trimming. Our know-how cult ivated in the automot ive indust r y has built up a f lexible manufacturing system that allows us to meet our customers’ diverse and , in some cases, low volume needs.

コーティングCOATING
MSP-COATING（MSPコーティング）
駆動源（エンジンやモータなど）からの動力を従動側に伝えるドライブシャフトは、回転しながらジョイント間の距離変化を伴います。その大きさは様々ですが、振動や作動状況に応じて常に摺動を吸収する方法はいろいろありますが、大きい変位に対してはスプライン軸が一般てきなものとして知られています。摺動時に伴うのがスライド抵抗であり、ドライブシャフトや装置本体に様々な悪影響を及ぼします。この金属同士の接触では避けられない問題を解決する目的で開発されたのがMATSUIの「MSPコーティング」です。自動車や建設車両等で多くの実績を持つMSPコーティングの有効性は多方面で評価されています。

The drive shaft,which transfers power from a drive source (including an engine or a motor) to the downstream element,is revolved with the joint to joint distance changed. While the magnitude of this change is different, the drive shaft always slides according to conditions of vibration and operation. Although various means can be used to absorb vibration, a spline shaft is generally applied to large displacement. Generated sliding resistance adversely affects the drive shaft and the equipment body.MATSUI 's MSP coating has been developed to solve problems produced inevitably by metal contact. The MSP coating is highly evaluated in the automobile and construction machine industries owing to a lot of achievements.
